The Jamie Oliver Spring form Cake Tin is perfect for baking angel food and cheese cakes. The 9″ diameter and 3″ high walls give it a 10 cup capacity. There is heavy-gauge 0.4mm carbon steel construction on sides and 0.8mm on bottom for even heat distribution.
This clever clip-sided tin with removable base makes removing and serving cakes and desserts so easy.
